Miles not posting
My friend and I (both gold) flew A3 flights on the same day last week. We both flew different routes. One of us flew with an upgrade voucher, one of us in paid business. Neither of our miles posted. When we went to retro-credit online, the system rejected both of them instantly. Called in and they told us to fill in a form online, as they could not get them to post because their system is not working. Is this something anybody else is experiencing?

Not exactly the same case, but could be related (if indeed there is a problem with their system):
Our miles from last week's flight posted within 24hrs, however the additional 6x miles that were due thanks to the black Friday 2021 promotion didn't, which I was expecting, since there was a change due to Aegean cancelling some flights. However what is a bit abnormal, is that the representative who has been getting back to me within usually 24-48hrs hasn't replied to my claim since last week about this (as well as another non-miles-related) matter. If they do have an issue with their system currently, this tardiness would make sense... |
I flew LX biz last Saturday, two segments, and they haven’t posted yet.

I am still awaiting UA miles to credit to my A3 account for four flight segments last week. [Reminds me to get onto A3’s case for missing miles from SK flights in the spring.]
Missing mileage requests via the website would only be accepted from 2 weeks after the flights. Still the same case? |
