my opinion is if your booking changes e-ticket nr (= new ticket) during this promotion, you could received double, it's just my opinion, I will see in two weeks .) will let you know
EDIT: just wanna add that it seems like my thoughts above was not right in my case (re-issued ticket after using seat upgrade coupon during double promotion) did not earn double.
