) would do if I was caught up in this situation would be to simply fly as planned.I'd be more worried about the results not arriving in time for departure than anything else.
I got tested in Germany once near the end of September... To this day I haven't heard back from anyone (and I even formally complained to the health department). They have so much work on their hands, it's a complete disaster.
