Any tips on how to speed up issuing a credit voucher?
 
Hi there, fellows.

I recently requested a credit voucher for a flight cancelled due to Covid as I am planning to take advantage of teh double miles promo.
A3 asked for 30 days, but the promo is good for 20 days only.
Any tips on how can I try to expedite this voucher.
Of course, if I don't get it now, I will use it later on, but I still have a few vouchers left to use in other airlines :p

They are really very quick these days. I cancelled flights a couple of weeks ago and received the Credit Voucher the following day.

Post back your experience.

When you fill out the form, it asks you to put your M&B Tier Status. I am not sure if this is taken into consideration, or if it is just faster these days, but on Friday, I got mine in 5 hours and 1 minute, so I was pleased.

I have recently had an issue with voucher I received days ago. It contains only paid amount of money but + 10% was missing. I tweeted to A3 and now it's fixed, they sent new one with 10% percent above + also received my biz upgrade coupons. Overall solved quite fast.
