Finding recurring flight schedules
I am new to this forum and new to frequent travel. In previous jobs I might have traveled one or two times a month to various places.
Now I will be starting a new job that will require me to fly from Ohio to Boston, work a few days there, and return to Ohio each week. I live near both CAK and CLE airports, with CAK (the smaller of the two) being the most convenient. So I want to establish a routine schedule for my flights. Using the standard travel sites (Travelocity, Google Air, etc.) doesn't make this easy. They are designed to show you flights available on a specific date rather than show recurring schedules. I am making an assumption here that airlines do have standard schedules like this - that, for instance, if there is a 7:00an flight on Monday this week then that flight is likely to be available every Monday. Is that correct? I'm trying to prevent myself from having to find the right flight to book each week. Any and all advice about this and anything else related to my new situation is much appreciated! |
