Change of destination on Flex ticket

I have a flight booked in Flex TLV-ATH-SKG-ATH-TLV. I might want to change it to TLV-ATH-TLV.
Anyone do something similar? Would I get a partial refund?

Be careful that having ATH as your destination may not actually be cheaper. The domestic sectors are often added to your international flights for (almost) free, and airport taxes at ATH are likely higher than SKG.

How does it work out if you would just cancel the booking (its flex after all) and simply re-book? You'd only have the refund fee to take into account, and as you (likely?) are sure about your travel plans now you could consider to rebook into GoLight rather than Flex - and save some money that way too.
