Transfer Miles on A3

I am trying to transfer miles to my son's A3 account, and every time I finish entering my credit card number, I keep getting the same error which reads "Your authentication could not be completed because of a system error. If this happens consistently, please contact your CSR."

I tried calling A3 and the agent told me the problem was due to the bank that issues my credit card. But I already tried more than 4 different credit cards, all getting the same error message. Has anyone have any similar experience? Why can't the agent just process my request over the phone?
