Flew HER-ATH-HER today and for both flights I got an email from A3 that my gate was open. Interestingly, I was supposed to fly back at 4:05 pm and at 1:15 the lounge fairy came in looking for me and asked me whether I'd like to fly with the previous flight at 2:00 pm. I said yes, provided I'd get an aisle seat and I got my new boarding card at exactly 1:19. At exactly 1:20 I received the email that the gate was open. Seems like A3's IT gets better...

Having trouble logging in seems update now requests document scan via third party service jumio but requesting id card for uk residents? There is no option to scan passport.

The app is sending me messages reminding me that I should earn additional miles to requalify in 2 months from now. Which is great..except that it is repeating the message every 10 minutes. Have received 6 so far. Anybody have the same problem?

I got a total of 21 messages from yesterday ~9 pm till 35 minutes ago! BTW, these are not SMSs but notifications and I don't remember having signed up for such a service.

I did receive 25+ of them over the night as well. Good thing that you can turn off notification sounds per app!
Was not aware that you can delete notifications from the app - after doing that it did clear the 25 old notifications in iOS - lets see if more keep coming.
[edit] For me the notifications have stopped.
