Please post all images of A3's food and beverage offerings in both Economy and Business Class, both domestic and international routes.

A posting hint:
The maximum image resolution that FT can cope with is 800 x 600. Posting images beyond this limit pushes them beyond the page margins, making the visual appearance of the thread disjointed and very difficult for everyone to read.

There are on-line tools for most image storage sites which provide alternative links for reduced sized images - please use these prior to posting to reduce work in having to request users edit their posts. Thanks.

Question Veg mean in business?

Looking at the pre-order options for my business class flights there were no pre-order options for a vegetarial meal except the normal menu of special meals. Does anyone know if you get a business class meal when ordering a vegetarian meal, or is it the same as economy then?

Moreover, I can also confirm that there was only one bar service. So many "prepared" pax. asked for a 2nd bottle of wine during the first bar service (not me, i had already too many gin tonics at the "Loft")
On my recent ARN-ATH I was happy to find out that the little side salad is back (if it was ever "officially" gone, and not just an irregularity). The main was chicken with baked potatoes. Quite small serving compared to some years ago, and mostly potatoes with a couple of tiny bits of chicken (sorry, no photo). Still pretty decent for an economy meal on a medium-haul flight, and definitely better than the competition.

My only remark is that there was indeed no second drinks service, which unfortunately seems to have become the common practice since some months ago. Yet after calling the very nice and helpful FA, I had my cup of coffee within a matter of minutes

I haven't posted in this thread before, simply because I haven't made many flights on Aegean, but I was on two flights yesterday in business, and here's the images. I had the same menu for both flights, which was a breakfast menu with:

"Fresh fruit platter with mariouri cheese.

"Choose from:
- Omelet with domokos katiki cheese, smoked chicken apaki and fresh asparagus, with sauteed spinach and grated cheese spilia.
- Crepe with pastrami filling, yellow cheese, tomato citrus sauce, mustard and mayonnaise sauce and rocket leaves.

"Morning rolls and croissant with butter, marmalade and yoghurt."

So, I chose the omelet on the first flight, and the crepe on the second flight, I preferred the omelet, but both were good. I have to say that in my opinion, Aegean is one of the best European airlines today.

Omelet:

Currently I have 5 flights booked in Business, GVA-ATH, ATH-HEL, LHR-ATH, ATH-VIE (x2). All these flights are showing the same 3 meals, is that all they offer now?

My last flight, which was breakfast, offered 2 options online, but I didn't choose either as I hoped they would offer another option on the day. They didn't, it was exactly the same choice. If they have the same 3 options for 5 flights, that is very boring!

The 'soutzoukakia' got smaller.

Up: HEL - ATH June 2019
Down: WAW-ATH March 2019

Also I see differences on how cabin crew handles the service at bussiness class. They dont follow a strict way.
Yesterday for the first time I was saluted with my name from the cabin chief, foe the first time I was offered a liquor after the meal, didnt offered chocolates (now they have parliaros and not leonidas), instead they gave us chocolate bisquits.
and also the glasses they use, are way to small to hold a decent portion of a drink.

1) You got chocolates instead of chocolates, what a shame!
2) Parliaros (an actual living person) counts a Greece's #1 patissier, Leonidas (died in the 50s) is, by now, a multi-national company.
3) Liquor in Greece is always drunk in small glasses!
As for crews following a strict way, that's what differentates a Greek airline from a North/Central European one.

1. The water was served in smalled glasses not the liquors
2. They didnt offer chocolates, but the Papadopoulos chocolate biscuits
3. I know who Parliaros is. I also know he gives recipes ingredients wrong.

Yes. I'd like to refer to this post. They serve a business meal.

The dish came after a nice veggie salad. Dessert was fruit instead of Baked stuff.

Did anyone recently use this ?
I have a flight in Business ATH - GVA coming up, and I pe-ordered one of the meals (veal fillet) some months ago when I booked the flight.
Now I wanted to change it, and it's not posisble (neither on website nor in App). Called the Gold line, and she said: yes, there is a fish meal available, I confirm it for you..
When I look into my booking, it says now: no meal chosen (before, the pre-ordered meal details showed).
Will I now get (1) special meal "seadfood" or anything, (2) one of the meals that you can pre-order and it's the fish meal, (3) one of the meals they serve anyway on the flight ?

Also, I don't find anything with regard to pre-ordering meals anymore on the website (I am pretty sure they had a list of those meals before).

If you go to "Manage my booking" on the A3 website, you should be able to chose your meal until T-48. Just checked with my booking.

Thought so too, but this only gives me the choice of « special meal » (I.e. low calorie, seafood, vegetarian, etc) or « no meal, will take what they offer in the plane ».
there was this pre-order available some months ago where they have you specific menus to choose from (at least on some flights)..., don’t see this in my booking anymore.

I don't see it on my upcoming bookings to either RAK or LIS, but it IS available on MAD, so I guess it's just on certain key routes, presumably on the more business-heavy ones.

I flew HAJ-ATH last Saturday, but I couldn't pre-select my "business" meal (without counting the standard options available to everyone, i.e. Low calories, no lactose, vegetarian, etc.). I hope I get to use this feature in the future, I've already been told once that my preferred meal wasn't available any longer, because most of the other J pax already ordered it before the FA took my order.
