Hi, is it possible to transfer miles from United airlines ( star alliance member) to Aegean miles and bonus program ?

Why do you want to transfer your miles?
You cannot transfer miles from one program to another one (I know only one exception: BA <> IB).
You can use your UA miles to book a flight on A3, that's possible!
