Submitting reward flight request problem

When I submit the "Request Award Ticket" on the Miles&Bonus for an award flight on a partner airline nothing happens after clicking submit - tried with Chrome and IE. Is there supposed to be a return page?

I have been having the same problem for a while on Firefox, Chrome and IE. I have been calling them direct to book my awards
