Claiming M&B Credit for TACA/LACSA/Avianca
Three weeks ago I flew a combination of TACA and LACSA on the itinerary LAX-SAL-LIM-SAL-LAX in S Class (100% credit to A3). Despite my A3 details being in the reservation, A3 has not credited my miles.
Anyone else having a long delay for TA/LR crediting to A3? And I can't claim retro credit via the website because SAL is not listed as an airport on the A3 claim page. |

Probably IT teething issues for these new *A members. |

SAL can be selected now
I contacted Aegean to add the airport code SAL since I am also trying to apply retro credit for a TACA airlines flight. I just submitted the request online so nothing has posted yet, but you can now select SAL on the drop down menu.

Any updates ? I'm planning to fly SFO-SAL-CUN via TACA on D (150% credit on A3) and don't want to face any roadblocks here :(

I don't see any roadblocks - just a slow update between new *A members and the A3 mileage programme. Unfortunately the IT team over there didn't quite fix the problem comprehensively. While SAL is now in their database, other TA/LR/AV airports are not - including the other TA hubs of SJO and GUA. Other *A newbie CM airports are also missing (notably PTY). CUN is also not in their retro claim database! *I also rang A3 twice, with both agents telling me that I would need to send an e-mail to the M&B address. |
Well, since you know this, and they don't why not be a good citizen and send them a list of missing cities - it reduce your frustration in the long run.

I sent in a request to add SJO as well. I haven't yet had any of my TACA/Lacsa flights post to A3 yet, but I was only able to do a retro claim a few days ago.
|
it's been about 10 days and no miles posting yet from all of my Taca flights...about to try to request credit soon...
|
Just to update my claim... it's been 5 weeks since I applied through the A3 retro claim tool, and still nothing. From reading other threads in this forum, it sounds like I should re-submit the retro claim.
So has anyone successfully obtained A3 credit from TA/LR/AV? |
Hi there- same scenario! I flew BOG-MIA on Avianca in J on November 2nd... no dice... no credit still... I filed the claim but still nothing.
Have you written to Aegean as well? |

Same here. Two months now and NOTHING. With the number printed on the boarding pass.... doesn't bode well for the future....
