At wit's end .....any suggestions?

Still no gold card 4.5 months after qualifying flight (Jan 20) and Welcome to Gold Email.
Utilized the LOST / REISSUE card link on April 15,2014.
I have checked my profile and my address is correct. Husband qualified for Blue card on same January 20 flight and received his blue card in March. Any other suggestions. I do not want to try to call Greece since I am in USA, PHILADELPHIA

GOLD Upgrade email: January 20, 2014

LOST / REPLACE CARD LINK UTILIZED April 15, 2014

Still no card as of June 8, 2014
