No, sadly, it is not. I've been chasing this award for months, Aegean's award table only applies to the route via North America, where there is zero first (literally non existent on flights to Hawaii, apart from system glitches that incorrectly show a short haul, regional, 2-2 layout business class, part of a 2-class configuration, as being F) and extremely limited business class availability (just a handful of the complete route in J is available during the next 350 days or so). If you fly via Japan (or the far east in general) Aegean calculates the miles needed for both legs separately (regardless of connection time), so a first award would be 75k+75k=150.000 miles one-way (and indeed it is 150k on the ANA F that I too want to book). What I find extremely disturbing is that not only is this false advertising, but it is actually faster to travel eastbound than it is westbound! Ex-IST the flights to the east take a whole 3 hours less than flying towards the west. Ex-LHR (as a contrast) the flights towards the west take just 2 hours less than the flights towards the east. I have already contacted them with both these issues, but they've done pretty much nothing so far.
Again, this applies to the trip (according to the award chart) Europe-Hawaii (more specifically Europe - HNL).

Every FFP has its own sweet spots and bitter spots. For flying ANA F, you may find better deals with Virgin Atlantic and ANA's own program.

Just to add to my previous comment, there is one "Asia-routed" F ticket that is 135.000 miles and that is via central Asia, but in this case there's no ANA service .
And to mention my latest Star Alliance redemptions:
WAW-JFK on LOT in J (replaced by an Air Belgium A340-300) for 45.000 +158, 12€
EWR-ORD on UA in Y for 12.500 +4,90€
ORD-BUD on LOT in J for 45.000 +57,36€

I think you're wrong. I just made a dummy booking, and although I only found seats in Y and C, it priced out as a direct Europe-Hawaii award via PEK and ICN:

Looking to book MCT ADD SEZ on ET using A3 miles. The online engine does not recognize MCT. Can it be booked over the phone? Service fee?

It might be easier to email them first. Someone had a similar problem months ago and they fixed it pretty quickly (days), I believe. Trying to argue them to not charge the 20 euro fee wight work but I'd fire off the email first, especially if it's not urgent and/or you want to browse availability before booking.

Talking My upcoming fifth freedom redemption flights

Yesterday I could not fall into sleep, then I decided to burn some A3 miles for a short weekend Tokyo Trip. I checked on some reward redemption status and realized there were some nice Thai flights from HKG to NRT via BKK. So I called A3 hotline.

But unfortunately I was told the last Thai biz reward ticket was just gone... Then I could only opt for the ANA direct flight, which of course I did not prefer. Suddenly the A3 girl said, wait, I've got something else for you. Why don't you try this one? Air India from HKG to ICN and followed by Ethiopian Airlines from ICN to NRT.
Sounds like a good idea! Deal! Funny that I will be traveling to Tokyo by Air India and Ethiopian, the Curry Airline and the Aida Airline? I look forward to it!

AKL-PPT on NZ, RT for 25k miles + 70 Euros taxes + 20 Euro booking fee in Eco. There was no availability online, but the agent had no problems finding it on the phone...
Interestingly, There was availability for many dates on AKL-PPT but absolutely none for other AKL-Pacific routes like NAN, RAR and such... But, as the flight usually costs 600+ Euros RT, this was a great deal..
