Um, domestic premium class is only available with ANA miles, and not available to partners.

The online booking tool is why my A3 mileage burning rate has increased big time. It’s an improved experience from a convenience perspective.

Did they change the Star Alliance award ticket chart? Did they merge the zones of Europe with North Africa and change the cost to 30k/50k (Y/C)? I don't remember it being like this; I remember one zone for Europe priced at 25k/42k?

The Europe-Europe rates were increased back in November and it was posted and discussed here:

A while back I booked a Business award from BCN to CAI, using TK and MS. M&B charged me 25,000 and told me that the MS segment will be in Y only as the plane does not have a J cabin. Today I went to look at the booking on MS's website and it seems MS is bringing in their 737 with a J cabin, and we have been allocated seats in the J cabin. Its a short flight but I guess it makes a difference.

I wanted to book reward flights for 2 people

on aegean webpage I only see 2 possibility for my day
SIN-LHR have flights 4 times per day and see only 2, on Sinagpore Airlines I see award space for all flights (so I can choose segment SIN-LHR from 4 options)
I tried to book by phone but agent said what they can sell only what they see from SIngapore Airlines and now its impossible to book award as 2 oneways and split togehter
is true?
or I should try another agent?

It is true.
First, note that you will not have access to any business class awards on Singapore Airlines A380, 77W, A350, 787 flights.
Second, for economy class (and business class on 772 or A330 flights) , Singapore Airlines does not release all its award inventory to other star alliance partners like Aegean, Aeroplan Lufthansa or United. It keeps some inventory for its own frequent flyer members.
So, checking on Singapore Airlines website doesn't help you at all.
Instead, please check the Singapore Airlines award availability on another star alliance partner website, such as ANA, Aeroplan or Lufthansa.
The check should confirm availability similar to what Aegean telephone agents see.
If you share your dates, I can confirm availability for you.

I really doubt that you can book a MLE-SIN-LHR flight as a single award ticket. MLE is in the Central Asia region, with 30,000 miles for a one-way trip in economy. SIN is in the Far East region, with 40,000 miles for a one-way trip. It's a huge detour via a more expensive region. If you want to fly MLE-LHR, you will probably have to either fly with TK or AI, or book two separate awards, MLE-SIN and SIN-LHR.

Just booked TXL-FRA-YYC in J for 45k + €134.39 on LH+AC. The LH leg had €50 YQ 
. As this could not be booked online, I got the booking fee waived, although doing so required calling in during normal business hours (I first called at 11pm, the agent was unable to waive it and told me to call in at 9am, then availability on my flights disappeared and I had to push the trip a week back).
