I have a question about Star Award Inventory for each airline.
I have to book 2 tickets in J from DPS to SIN and there is 1 seat available on the 11:55am in the Aeroplan program and 1 seat available in the M&B program. Does this mean that there are actually 2 seats available in total or only 1 for both programs?
In SQ's KF program there are 4 seats available in J available to its members.

pretty seamless.
Redeemed ICN-SIN for 2 pax on SQ J. Seat availability seen by A3 is identical to the ones on my preferred date that are available on SQ krisflyer (saver level). All done over the phone within 10mins. Eticket issued via email within an hour.

I made an award booking using my Aegean miles, for a flight from ICN to NRT, with Asiana. 21k miles, and around 40 euros taxes.
There was a few flights in the morning I wanted, including some from GMP to HND, but they were all operated by A330 s, but there was one flight at 10am ICN - NRT operated by a 747-400 so i especially booked that flight, and was allowed to choose a seat in the First cabin, as they don't sell first, rather they let business pax choose a seat there.
Now I received an alert from Myflightsapp that the aircraft has changed to an A330. (On United website, still shows as A330)
Because of this, I would like to change to an earlier flight GMP to HND, due to convenience.
Will I be allowed to change free? The ticket is issued by A3, so I could only change through them, but I assume that at least on the phone they would probably not allow me.
Has anyone had an eperience like this.

It wouldn't make much sense anyway, as you'd have difficulties in defining the planes type/version, etc. For example, would an A320 be different from an A320neo? Where would you draw the line?

I'm willing to guarantee that if this change isn't worth 20 EUR to you, it's not going to be worth the hours on the phone arguing either. Just pay the change fee if you have to.

A3 redemption on AC regional carriers?
I've been trying to use up my A3 miles for AC NA flights for months but it seems A3 could never see the AC flights that are readily available on AP and UA websites.
Eventually I realized whenever there is a leg operated by AC Express or Rouge, A3 cannot see any availability. The A3 agent told me that only AC mainline is Star Alliance and the rest are not according to their system....
Anyone else experienced the same?
