Question for Ibis business card users and Gold/Platinum members
Dear colleagues,
I was planning to stay in Tilburg, the Netherlands on September 14, 2019.
But both Ibis mad Mercure are occupied.
Can I ask you to check if you see any available room if you have Ibis business card or if you are Gold or Platinum member.
Everything seems to occupied due to the festival, but it is not listed on exclusion list for guaranteed room availability.
I will buy Ibis business card if it helps.
Thank you in advance!

Both are available: 124 eur Mercure. 85 eur for ibis. I have business+gold. Both hotels have a sign: "ibis BUSINESS benefit:Our availability guarantee applies to this booking".

Highly appreciated! I am glad that those benefits really work!

Same result for me ( Ibis 85€ ), do check that the renovations have finished though .... got a bad Accor Trust Me review a few weeks ago.
Mine say Platinum Benefit applies to the booking.
