What is Service 3 Or PDTPOL?
I am trying to book a hotel in France, and it is offering me a special internet offer for €1. It says Service 3 and PDTPOL but no details or explanation of what that is? Anyone seen this?

Did anyone ever figure out what this is? I was just offered a Service 3 option for GBP0.88. I clicked on "more details" but that didn't make it any clearer. I declined so will probably never find out ......
