For the past couple of years they've sent out notebooks, but possibly not in every region.

This is what I got this year. A notebook and a passport holder fit 2 passports nicely

Last year the wallet gift pack arrived at same time as a new card for 2018.
Screen shot of email I received this morning from Accor. No idea what Accor's definition of "soon" but assume all will be revealed in the coming months.

You’re all lucky. All I got was a letter in the mail with a new card stuck to it and a DL flyer on very low quality stock outlining the benefits or each tier. All very underwhelming.
