Le Club benefits now available at (some) Banyan Tree Properties

So I was just looking at properties for a stay next month and saw that the Angsana Xi'an Lintong is offering Accor Plus rates and Le Club benefits? Are Banyan Tree properties now participating in Le Club?

I also did a search for the Banyan Tree Shanghai on the Bund for stays from next week through until next month and all dummy bookings had Le Club benefits and member prices listed. Accor Plus Stay Plus benefits appear to not be available at this time.

Has there been an official statement on this?

I just did a quick search of Kuala Lumpur hotels and see that Banyan Tree KL is now participating in Le Club. I never saw that before.

Pavilion Hotel KL Managed by Banyan Tree is still NOT participating.

Now I hope for a new Banyan Tree Places badge.

Movenpick KL still NOT listed in the list of KL Accor hotels when doing a search.

Thanks for noticing this new development ! (Hope it's not an IT glitch.)

Banyan Tree, Angsana, Cassia Resorts and Hotels have had a soft launch for LCAH benefits, inluding AccorPlus;
except for the Stay+ cert.

This means give them some leeway to do their best for members. Official announcement will come by early next year.

Enjoy!

Edit.

There is no Banyan Tree Hotel in KL. Just Banyan Tree Residences.

Then there is the Pavillion Hotel Managed by Banyan Tree. - That one may be delayed for info to filter through due to soft launch of the new benefits.

Now I'm a bit confused.

Is it the case that the Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur shown in the App to be participating in Le Club (next to Pullman KLCC) is actually Banyan Tree Residences and not participating in Le Club ?

What a disappointment.

will the free breakfast benefit apply to banyan tree group hotels in Asia Pacific region like those of Fairmont raffle and Swissotel?

I am definitely not an expert on this topic at all and may be completely wrong.

But I was led to believe that the Residences opened first and later the hotel and they are part of the same building.

I hope this is true but now am not sure.

Thank goodness for that. Amazing . . . two new Le Club hotels in KL in one day as well as news of the Orient Express brand opening in Bangkok next year. I will be watching Places for new badges.

So I must say I was not up to date! The Banyan Tree KL is already open! Good news then.
Sorry for the confusion!
