Is it just me or is the app saying this and is correct...
'This hotel does not participate in the Le Club AccorHotels Program'
Pretty sure when I booked this current mixture of Mercure and Ibis I picked ones that they counted, and a stay last Wednesday is yet to post (how long is long time before bothering them?)

you need to be more precise (which hotel) to have an accurate answer. There has been a couple of bugs for this in the apps or the website, but some hotels do not participate to LCAH (ex : Ibis in China). Points usually appear on your account within a week. Occasionally, it can take a bit longer.

I've been seeing that message on the screen for my upcoming stays, but clicking through to the main hotel information page then shows the usual "Le Club benefits" yellow text, so I assume it's a glitch.

We're facing a bug from the application, but hotels like Ibis Canning Town London, Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and Ibis Heathrow are part of the program .
Can you please share with me some screenshots, so that I can report this bug to our IT service and solve the issue?

I can share with you a screenshot for Ibis Style St Malo port, which shows wrongly as non participating to LCAH.

Also, it appears that Angsana properties have the Banyan Tree logo, rather than the Angsana one.
