Asking the Obvious - but how do I use my Le Club points?

While I'm a Hyatt/Starwood traveller for the most part, in the last few months I've racked up a large number Le Club points after 100 nights in Accor properties.

I generally don't consider myself to be a novice here...but I am completely unable to work out how to use my points during the online booking process.

I've selected the hotel and selected a rate (in my case, the first option was a dedicated rate) and clicked through to confirm the room. This then takes me to the payment option, but throughout the entire process, there's no points option to reduce the balance. Thought that maybe this is related to the dedicated rate, so tried selecting a flexible rate instead. Again, no option to apply points.

For what it's worth, I've tried to book several properties in Singapore for this weekend and no luck. Grateful for ideas!

It’s at the end of the booking process, at the step of giving your CC details. It’s hardly understandable why you don’t see it, even for a flex rate. Are you logged-in to your LCAH account when you book ?

only certain rates with the "gold coins" icon can pay with reward points
