Strange that this hotel is not on the official accor list of hotels with a club lounge.

As confirmed above, the hotel definetly has a lounge and it's visible on the official hotel website if you chose to reserve a more expensive room with lounge access.

Confirmed via email last month with this hotel that yes they do still have a club lounge, and yes they do grant free acess to accor platinum members. Will report again when I get a chance to stay there.

Stayed a few years ago. Lounge on top floor ( or near top ) tucked away entrance, but good run way views. When I was there lounge almost empty, and a poor selection of nibbles. You did not seem to need access to be granted as door was open and no one checked. But as I said it was a few years ago.

Lounge
Found some poor quality photos. But you can see the general impression of the lounge. We were not that impressed with our stay as we did not get an upgrade. Felt quite "lost" in the hotel as it was all so similar. Small room on 7th floor. Had good view over car park. Things may have changed - hope that they have - the same franchise runs the Novotel at Stansted ((and it was also not up to standard when we last stayed ( twice ).- they did offer service recovery when we complained but forgot to deliver)). Hope you have a much better experience than we did. Location is 10/10 though for Gatwick

Just one question: The sign in the club lounge says "dinner until 22:30" while your photos would suggest a somewhat basic spread of cold appetizers. Would you be able to comment on the lounge offering?
