Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa - Loyalty Manger Contact
I need to book a room for my wife and my son for three nights due to a death in the family, I am staying behind in Australia. (We are only Plat due to family travel, whilst the membership is in my name, we have all contributed to our status!).
Can anyone recommend a Loyalty Manger at this hotel (as soon as possible) that I can contact to see if this can be arranged?
Appreciate any help you can provide!

I'm sorry that the only info I can give is the GMs name is Pak Yoesi. I had his email and contact when he was EAM at the ex Pullman Surabaya. A VERY nice and friendly man.
