I won 1000 points on the 21st of december. These points were not added to my account, so I wrote Accor CS about a week ago and guess what... still no answer

When I walked out my front door for a run earlier today, I found a small priority mail package with a Miami return address. It contained two nice toiletries kits, a perfume sample and a card thanking me for playing 31 days
I never got the automatic emails after Daily plays but did at some point get a different email asking me to confirm my mailing address Accor had on file was correct

And I just got an e-mail with a code for 1,000 Aeroplan miles. I don't have an Air Canada FF account (United is my horse in that alliance) and I'm wondering if if it's worth it to start one with that few miles. Is there a way of turning it into a $10 Tim Horton's gift certificate or token hotel points on their site something?

Two days ago I received my Hermes cologne sample in a priority mail pouch, and about a week ago, I got my 1000 Aeroplan miles via email. All the points I earned were posted to my account right away. Unfortunately, I missed out on the other gifts because they went so quickly on the days offered.
