I never received one last year, so will be interesting to see if Accor Plus Plats get them this year.

Never got anything either.

My A+ card goes until March 2018, I guess rolling back to Plat only might trigger a new package?

My 2018 card arrived in this mornings post.
I also got the credit card wallet and the notebook.

But, the name on the card is not mine (and the number is not mine either) !!!

I received an email from Accor on January 29 that my new 2018 card would arrive "bald" (i.e., soon). Anybody from Germany here who already got the 2018 card?

Same packaging as for the 2017 card but the moleskin notebook has been replaced by a Barbara Rihl cloth drawstring pouch containing a dark blue passport and credit card wallet plus a Barbara Rihl branded notebook.

The enclosed letter signed by Senior VP Loyalty Le Club AccorHotels includes a reminder of 4 platinum benefits including "Guaranteed room availability up to 2 days before arrival" . Looking forward to hearing customer services overdue response to Goldorak's complaint re the guarantee not being honoured.
I got one as well. Finally, a gift I can use!

This year I'am only gold.
Got 2 gold cards, the first one on 06 February 2018, the second on 13 February 2018

Thanks. In the meantime, my new card arrived as well. Not with the design I selected online but at least with *my* name on it.

Cards not reaching members until almost two months into the year -- later if they happen to be travelling -- reminds us that there's a reason so many loyalty programmes extend status validity somewhat beyond the end of the qualifying year. Just in case Accor's listening.
