@AccorHotelsConcierge : dear Amy, Could you please update us on this bug fix : it’s been now at least a week that no booking is visible in the member profile in the apps or on the desktop website. This has never happened before for such a long time. When it did happen, it was for one or 2 days max. This is very inconvenient to manage bookings.

Does anyone know what is going on at the moment ?
It seems that some/many of us have not been able to see our Upcoming Stays for almost a week, I think.
Now two people have reported that it is no longer possible to play the Windows game since this morning.
And I have just noticed in the last hour that I cannot log into my Account at all via either the Web or the App despite multiple tries.
I am used to temporary glitches and being able to log in after trying and trying.
But this time seems quite difficult with a few thing failing at the same time.
Is there some upgrading to the new ALL Platform going on in the background, or some other reason for these glitches ? Probably only certain batches of people are affected.
Anyway, hope this can be fixed as soon as possible as there must be many people who are doing upcoming multiple checkins who really want to log in.

Log in does actually work again, however, apparently I have been renamed to _blank_
Furthermore I can't log out again as on the top right the loading thing keeps spinning never to show the menu button to select log out on.

Thank you for the alert and sorry for this technical problem.
An investigation is led to identify the issue, but the first conclusions indicate that this glitch is more serious than ususal. This is the reason why there isn't any display of your upcoming bookings for the moment.
Should you need information about one of your bookings or your list of upcoming stays, Customer Care Teams can help as they can view them from their back office tool. I will keep you updated of the evolution.
