Good grief. It’s depressing to read these kinds of stories but very valuable to know what is happening. I/We really hope that the new website/App will greatly reduce all these bugs. Very sorry to hear that you all have had such a frustrating time. I went through a few difficulties last year but trouble free recently although this sort of thing could happen any time to anyone, I think. Really hope the new website etc is not too far off.

I think I can make bookings through the app, but this means that I cannot access the website through Quidco, so I'm losing out on up to 10% cashback per booking. Frustrating.
Use VPN and the quidco app.

Btw, I am able to log in.

Unfortunately, that did not work for me . however , I think that I can just access the Accor website through Quidco, and enter my loyalty number into the search box without logging on. This still shows me members rates. I then complete the booking by just manually entering my details. It worked for me with an Ibis Styles in China.

The Ibis Styles isn't showing in my upcoming bookings on my app, but Ibis hotels in China have never shown in the app for me. I'll give it another go tomorrow with other brands that I need to book.

Classic Accor. It appears that I am now able to log on to my account on the website without issue - the day after the private sale finished.

I can't log in into my accounts for over a month now. WHenever I visit the accor webpage isntead of the top right icon to log in it just shows a spinning wheel. Using different browser or deleting website data and cookies does not help either.

It's a signal they don't want your business...I have the same since about a week or so.

Still having issues, have taken to e mail hote(s) but they can not "see" may rates so not booking .... thinking about switching to Hilton for a year or 3

Why does Accor make it so difficult to book with them, not had any issues with OTA, but no status and no points .... umm pointless

Just noticed something this morning which I am pretty sure happened sometime in the last week.

I was just looking at the "My Points Statement" list of of our Stay activity in the App where I can see all my Stays for last year (my first with Accor) and this year.

For some reason the yellow box which states the total number of nights and Status Points earned during 2018 has reduced my number of nights by 29 and my Status Points by a number I have yet to calculate.

Probably no practical implication of this as I am still over the Platinum threshold and it is already April 2019, but it is a pity in case the total number of nights and Status Points recorded in the Accor system each year becomes useful in the future.
