wouldn't argue that, but at least there are a lot of places more famous for carneval than Nice (e.g. Cologne comes to my mind)

Le Club wrote me;

We are sorry the Breda's carnival is not included in the carnivals' towns for the badge "Carnival" in Places by Le Club Accorhotels. However, presently the badge has these conditions and we cannot make any exception.
Please note that we may add several more carnivals to the badge for next year.

I have had all my 'Places' checkin's denied with KO status, and I can't figure out why.

My account number showing in the app is the same as on the Accor profile on the website, the checkins were all during stays booked on the Accor website.

Why Accor, why?

The ones showing in my profile in the app are, all with a KO.
Grand Mercure Melbourne
The Swanston Hotel Melbourne Grand Mercure
ibis Sydney Darling Harbour
Pullman Sydney Hyde Park

I'm not expecting any luck with the MGallery in Palm Cove - mustn't have updated the list since it was a Sebel.

Unhappy check-ins are not showing

Yesterday I checked into the Mercure Hotel Berlin Tempelhof Airport via facebook Places and today I checked into the ibis Koeln Am Dom - however both check-ins are not showing in my check-in list on facebook Places...

Am I the only one having those problems suddenly?
All my previous check-ins are listed and confirmed...

My previous check in at Pullman Paris La Defense was shown 4 days after I put it in the app. It might took a while in some cases

Sometimes the hotel one stays doesn't appear on the official Places "app" but do check in using the Facebook feature, it will get recognized and get an OK for a genuine stay. Might take a while but it took me only a day after check out for Novotel Century Hotel in Hong Kong.

I don't understand how works this program. I have 2 KO for checking that are reflected without problems in my Le Club account.

Why this Facebook application not are sycn with the information at Le Club account?

There is any specific email support for this application?

I will check in on your own FB page on, hopefully, any businesses nearby that's related to the hotel as "proof" of check in. Could be the hotel itself and or it's restaurant. The app acts up sometimes.

Hi all,

I am pretty much a newbie to FT so this is my first question about Places by Le Club Accor.

If I am staying in a property for two nights, do I check in for both days or is it just once? Which one is valid?

Thanking you kind folks in advance!

You can only check in once per stay.

You can check in on both days, but only one of them will count, the other will get a KO.

I've had it go both ways on whether the first night or second night counts.
