I can't remember the last time I was able to validate when selecting "here now". I now just wait until my stay is finished, and then do the "my stay is finished" option, which works almost all of the time for me.

+1

If I validate mid-stay, the check in date invariably moves to the wrong date and my stay gets rejected.

pretty much my experience of late. Never get the check-in registered until after I have left. The 'here now' thing just spins its wheels..

I'm trying to get the "30 check-ins in 30 hotels" badge but I am getting there very slowly.
Is this an open-ended promotion or will it just stop suddenly one day?

I've been having a number of check-ins refused, even though all my bookings are made direct with AccorHotels.
Does anyone have an updated contact method for this app, or is it just a matter of sending the LeClub AccorHotels Facebook page a message?

This badge has been there for as long as I can remember.

Might have missed this but how long after leaving a hotel can I check in?
I have an account with some badges that I left idle for 18 months. Have just downloaded the app again and logged in- have about 10 accor stays in the last 3 months so have registered all these. Think I will get the check ins for these?

I see the goalposts have moved for airport stays. It used to be 10 but is now 15. I had 7 so was only 3 off. It still says only 3 stays required but having just had an airport check in validated it remains at 3 to go. I gather this will not change now until my 13th stay.

This is frustrating as I am on 14 badges and one away from the Ambassor badge which gets me 3000 points. This is the only badge which Ill likely be able to attain, to make 15. If at all now.

My checkins are still in pending mode after two weeks. Is that common/usual?

If they get Declined, try doing a new 'check in', but using your checkout date instead.

As I'm approaching significant milestone badges like "30 different hotels" and "15 badges obtained", I can't help but wonder: shouldn't Accor be adding more milestone badges to keep members interested? Once I have collected the above-mentioned badges, I can hardly see myself going out of my way to collect an additional badge worth 100 points. If the point of the app is to drive further business, no matter how marginal, users should be incentivized accordingly. I can see a few obvious new badges, like:

30 badges obtained = 5000 pts
50 different hotels = 3000 pts
5 hotel badges = 1000 pts
10 hotel badges = 3000 pts
15 hotel badges = 5000 pts

Unfortunately, given how little focus is given to Places, I think they're more likely to discontinue the app than to give it a proper revamp.

Still trying to get two check-ins at Ibis properties posted (from May and June). Accor support is useless, as usual.
