Unable to activate Fast Track offer?
 
Hello. I’ve received an email with an offer to fast track to the next status if I book 5 nights over the next 3 months. This offer is actually excellent for me as I have quite a lot of upcoming reservations, but when I click on the link and input the activation code, I receive an error message saying the code is invalid. I’ve tried multiple times and I’ve called customer service, who has raised a case number. Is anyone else having the same problem?

yeah been on the phone with them… quite frustrating as I have tried on my phone and laptop, in safari and chromed, but still got the same error message: “Sorry, the code is not valid.”

I spoke with a very kind gentleman who said he had escalated the matter with the relevant department. He couldn’t activate the offer for me himself, but did see the code had not been yet used. He said they would reply in 24-48 hours. I also received an email with the case number.

I was mainly curious to know if anybody else is facing the same issue. I am a lowly Silver, but Gold is nice for the room upgrades and bonus points.

Do you know how long they usually take to respond to tech issues?

Accor IT has to be the worst, 60% of their offers I cant seems to activate, and when I email them I never really get help 😉😁 for such a large company I would think they could do better

Same issue here ... case opened .. no resolution yet ..

The issue now seems to have been solved. Yesterday, I received both a reply to my case as well as a general email informing me that they were aware of the issue. Now I received another email saying the tech glitch has been solved (together with another personal email saying the offer is unavailable due to technical issues and telling me to try again later, but now I’ve been upgraded to Gold anyway).

It's a targeted offer: if you get the email you can sign up. I didn't get an invitation but I should be Gold by July anyway, thanks to Signature Absolute.

I see the dates for the ‘business travellers fast track’ have been extended. Has anybody benefited from this fast track at all?

has someone here registered to one of the 2025 fast track offers that were released ? I have one registered on my account and haven't got any additional status night credited after a recent stay. Did I miss something ? Were only some specific rates eligible ?
I don't recall registering to an offer linkedin to business stays only

too bad Accor isn't doing like IHG: keeping track of all offers we are registered to, because you sign up months back and you don't remember the T&C. I don't even remember when i registered

I did and got the upgrade instantly and since then completed the "challenge".

You don't get additional status nights, you just stay the 5 nights you said you would and you keep your status for this year and next. My counter is still on 20/60 to platinum or similar.

oh i see, so normally it should work on my next stay (4 more nights to add up to the one i just had)

would it be just a glitch , have you tried to access via the phone App or the website on the browser instead ?, I am interested to know the update.
