Accor Communication Improvement Study

I received the below invitation by email. I'd be happy to give them feedback but this is too heavy and time-consuming for me. Also, not sure what is 'incentive of €270', why not be specific about it.

I hope you're doing well. At Accor, we are continuously working to enhance our communication to better serve and engage our valued clients. To achieve this, we are conducting a study, and we would love for you to participate.
As a valued client, your insights are incredibly important to us. Your feedback will help us refine how we communicate, ensuring our messages are clear, relevant, and aligned with your expectations.
The study will take place over approximately 15 days and is designed to be flexible to accommodate your schedule. Your participation would involve:

Introductory Session (1 hour, video conference): A one-on-one session where I will present the project, explain what is expected, and ask a few questions to get to know you better. This session will be scheduled at your convenience.
Forms (10-12 in total, approx 10 min each): You will complete these short forms over the study period, each focused on a different aspect of our communication. These can be filled out whenever it suits you best.
Final Interview (1.5 hours, video conference): At the end of the study, I will conduct a one-on-one interview to gather your feedback and insights. This appointment will also be scheduled at your convenience.

As a token of our appreciation for your time and valuable input, participants will receive an incentive of €270.
If you are interested, please reply to this email and include your booking date(s) at an Accor Group hotel between February 3rd and 22nd, 2025. This will allow us to confirm that you will receive the communications under study during the research period.

The wording is a bit weird, but I understand it as you will simply receive 270€ as gratification for your work.

extremely time consuming (4.5 hours!) given the very vague subject and target... and the incentive is not really outstanding for the time spent...

I ask for pre-payment, ACCOR style.

Yes, you're right. Just checked and the French version (in the same email) is clearer: 'En signe de reconnaissance pour votre temps et votre précieuse contribution, nous offrons aux participants une compensation de 270 €.'

This study is about improving their communication, and sure enough they have a lot of work to do. But the one thing I wish they would fix first is their IT systems followed by their corporate level customer service.
