ALL Authentication
Hey all - wondering if anyone had any pro tips or useful contacts.
I'd like to make a booking using my Accor acct w/status however I can no longer authenticate, I've done 5/6 forgot password routines, which satisfy the complexity requirements, I login and auth fails - I am 100% certain the credentials being used are correct. I've given it time incase they process resets process this as a batch job. I've authed plenty of times previously, short of some sort of outage my only thought is my mail domain is someDomain.email - which may upset a recently updated list of TLDs? I am speculating. Calling Accor about this was just a total waste of time. and there appears to be no email/live chat any more. I know this isn't FT related - but very grateful for any useful insight. T |
HUAC worked!.email is a no go, although registration and processing PW reset emails are clearly not sanitised properly.

Did they ask to send photo id by email?
