Unable to log-in on the website.

I can log-in on all.accor.com, but not on accorplus.com. It's been 3 days now

I cannot login to the basic ALL website (even the images do not load on the logon page, all other website are OK on my connection) and needing to book some reservations, wanting to get in before the 6000 Reward Points promo expires on Tuesday 17th October. If I directly register for the promo I get an Error 15, whatever that is:confused:

I tried to click on BECOME A MEMBER button just to make sure that the web was really down, and yes it kept saying "We are sorry, the registration will be down for fine-tuning today. This will last for 4 hours (11:30 AM to 3:30 PM AEDT)" Australia time zone.
