yes. It's a good restaurant. The nearby Novotel (on the other side of the RER/CDGVAL station) has very good food too (I had dinner there very recently when I stayed there overnight between 2 flights). The Pullman is definitely more chic, the Novotel is cheaper.

I was impressed by the restaurant at the Pullman—a nice last dinner in France (and an even better last breakfast)!

Is any side of the Pullman facing the airport for some nice views?

yes, mostly the north side facing the chartered flights/LCC warehouse (uhh sorry terminal 3 )
