Does Fairmont (and Accor in general) have a preferred partner program like Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Hyatt Price, etc?

If it does, what are the typical benefits?

Helpful at properties that are not part of the Virtuoso / FHR program as the amenities from a client perspective are similar

Thx. What rates can be booked with this? At Four Seasons, any rate you can get online is eligible for their Preferred Partner program but I know other brands with similar programs restrict the rates that can be booked.

Generally, STEP rates would equal the normal "best available rate"
there are too many properties in the program to speak beyond this general statement
sometimes there is a free night offer (stay 4 pay 3) or a unique rate program inside STEP offering. Sometimes it is just BAR.
