Refunded Rewards Points - how long to wait?

About just over 1 week ago I cancelled an ibis London booking which was for March 2022, which was booked on the ALL website with cash & Rewards Points and a full refund cancellation was allowed without charge until 3 days before check-in. Last Friday the cash portion of the booking was refunded to my bank account. However, I still do not have the ALL Rewards Points refunded.

Does it usually take longer to get Rewards Points refunded than cash?
How long do it usually take?

How long do it usually take? = Can take few days once the process is triggered in the background

And if they’re not returned within a couple of weeks then call the hotel directly.
