Check In

Arrived like 1h before check-in time , room was ready , no problem for early check-in

After check-in headed to the bar

For welcome drinks you need to go to mezzo , its the restaurant of the hotel , there was a wide choice available (rum , whiskey , etc....) so not just the basic choice of water , soda and wine .
 

Room

The entire hotel is nicely decorated , not just reception hall

I guess the theme is around moldova

Booked Superior room and got upgraded to Deluxe room

Room is ok , 30 msq in my case is more than enough , there were lot of amenities and small features you can expect from such hotel , like centralized lights control but some basics were missing (sleepers or motorized curtains)

The look is a bit basic (but nice) , the rooms are not fully soundproof and hotel is just in front of a major street , so you might hear noisy cars as a background noise

Not a big deal in my case but could be a bit disturbing for light sleepers , so you can ask a room on the other side of the building

I liked the fact that they have bidet in the bathroom , something rarely seen nowadays

There is a paying mini bar available

Dining

Had breakfast in their mezzo restaurant

Breakfast is served per request in the mezzo restaurant based on what you want from menu

Welcome to Russia Moldova , cause there you would have easier life if you speak russian only than english . It is not a comment about the hotel but Chișinău in general

In summary i really enjoyed and recommend the restaurant even if you dont stay in the hotel

It was super tasty , not kind to full your stomach but good quality food

Spa

One of the main reason i decided to come here , free access to spa for hotel's customers

I went to spa zone , with lot of things to try , not only jacuzzi

They have lockers , dressing rooms , toilets and you can also request towels and bathrobes

You need to make bookings , cause due to covid spa is limited to 5 people , it is open from 09am until 09pm

I tried the finnish infrared dry sauna , it was good

I also tried the hamman , but was too strong for me , then i went to himalayan salt room

Then last one to mention is the kneipp therapy

Basically you put your feet in each cube for 10 seconds then switch to the next one and so on ... blue is cold and red is hot

It is nice area , and the limitations due to covid are in fact a good thing cause you can enjoy the place without crowd

Overall

In summary , i liked the hotel

It is very nice and at such price (95€/108$ per night) if it would be in warsaw i would say 100% yes but in chisinau its another story

So its a good place for weekend stays
