No Suite Night Upgrade Awards granted for 2021?
 

in 2021 my Platinum status was automatically extended to end of 2022, but nevertheless together with the special rollover from second half of 2020 I exceeded 60 nights for 2021.
Therefore I should have been granted 2 Suite Night Upgrades, right?

This was not done; where can I claim it?

anybody else did not get the promised Suite Nights Upgrade for 2021 despite reaching the thresholds?

I received 2022 SNUs based on 2021 points earned. But, it wasn't something they awarded at the start of the new 2022 program year. The SNUs were all awarded through 2021 as each new point threshold was hit.

I agree, same for me. I earned SNUs in 2020 to be used in 2021 (I used all of them, not without difficulty after several trips cancelled, but the 2nd half of 2021 was OK). And I earned new SNUs in 2021 that I'm going to use in 2022. They were credited regularly over 2021.
