ALL does note allow to use points in reservations
I'm trying to make hotel reservations with All Accor points and there is no option to use points for payment. I've tried it in more than 10 different hotels and destinations. I've been using the program for over 10 years and I've never had this type of problem. I called by phone and the attendant said that these hotels are not accepting payments with points at this moment, which is probably a lie, as none are accepting. I would like to know if the problem is general or just in my account.

Hi, and welcome to Flyer Talk. Prob just your account. If you can give a hotel someone can check for you. "Normally" when this happens ( see other threads on here ) the account is "locked due to possible hacking", best call support again. |

Not all rates allow payment with points, on the select rates page it will show which do, package rates for instance there is no option at that hotel.

Running into the same issue at an Ibis. Not able to use points online and the hotel claims they cannot apply points towards the reservation during my stay either. It's a bog-standard Flex rate.

Do you by any chance use Award Wallet? That was what was causing my account to lock as the Accor system was thinking it was a suspicious login |

Sounds like you will need to call customer services to get your account unlocked. They will ask you to email them a copy of your passport or drivers licence to confirm its you and also ask you to reset your password.
