I am worried that by booking through FCTG, I won’t be able to add my membership number. Thanks in adv
The agent at the time said they added my membership but when I checked with the hotel on the day it wasn't added. Ended up getting it added and got my normal status night and points a couple of days later. No bonus nights as yet, called accor plus who advised it can take up to 30days. Waiting game for now.

I am in the same situation as most of you
After booking, stay and night, I have not gained the 10 nights of the offer "Fast Track"

I 've claimed to the customer center and they answered "not elligible"

"reservation should be done via Flight Centre Centre Travel Group"

It seems ALL changed their "terms and conditions of this offer"

Initially, it was not written to be elligible that the reservation should be done only thru the FCTG central of reservation.

its nonesens becauce FCTG is not aware at all, of this offer.

you can see "original Terms and conditions" of this offer in the loyaltylobby website "accor-all-fast-tack-offer-sprint-to-silver-go-for-gold-progress-to-platinum-5-to-10-status-nights"

Just to close the loop, after raising with Accor Plus, who then escalated to the team that handles this promotion, was advised my reservation was not made through the correct channel dedicated for the offer (ie. FCTG Corporate Brands). I made mine via FCM Travel solutions through work which I had thought was part of the FCTG group, and had also checked with my FCM Travel rep.

In any case I ended up receiving the 7 night credit, more as a goodwill gesture as the accor rep indicated the info on the website was potentially misleading.

I had a similar story. After numerous emails to and from Accor plus who then sent these into Paris I had to screenshot that the agent was part of flight centre and eventually I was awarded ten courtesy nights.

I’m new ish to Accor but have learned the lesson to read the t and c and be persistent.
no just three nights (two nights now the promo is on) from platinum.

thanks to all the above posters for posting success stories otherwise I’d have given up
