Accor complaints
anyone know how long Accor respond to complaints, if ever. I booked a hotel for 3rd july(yes I know before government restrictions lifted) was surprised to get it, but arrived at hotel to be told it was closed by staff then noticed had an email timed at 12.15pm telling me booking was cancelled, i had even checked in online day before, difficult times I know but really, I was nearly sleeping in the car, complaint made online on following day, automated response only

Accor are terrible when you have any sort of problem.
Unfortunately, I even struggle to get a response from the supposed 'Accor Concierge' who are active on this forum.

Yes I know this virus makes like difficult but it is no excuse for customer service to be so appalling, it has sunk to extreme levels in so many companies

Amy is absent from the very start of this crisis, her last message is from the 11th of March 2020. However she is currently online as I wrote this.
