Spectacularly bad taste in the current circumstances. What they should have sent to all members are the rules about changes and cancellations (as Hilton did). It would appear Accor have no crisis management team, otherwise communications likes this would have been stopped.

As I have said previously, Accor see this C19 event as a short term hiccup. They are either so out of touch with reality, or paralysed by fear. Neither is a good thing to have in management or leadership.
Someone take control and have a plan ( or copy one from else where - there are lots out there )
Spain now is in almost total lockdown- Jet2 cancelled flights and turning some around that are on route.
This is not going away anytime soon.
