Accor has added two hotels expected to open in 2023, SLS Scottsdale in Arizona and Artista San Antonio. The latter will be a member of the Morgans Originals brand.

Mövenpick Split
Following the opening of the first MGallery hotel in Split, Accor, the world-leading hospitality group has signed an agreement with SPLIT PENINSULA PROPERTIES D.O.O to open the first Mövenpick hotel in Croatia. The premium hotel in Split will welcome its first guests in spring 2023.

Hyde Hotels has announced that its first European property will open in 2023, occupying the redeveloped 15 Old Bailey.
Earlier this year Business Traveller reported on plans for the seven-storey building – which dates back to 1874 – to be converted into an upper upscale hotel.
It has now been confirmed that the property will be known as Hyde Paradox Hotel London City, with features including 110 rooms, two restaurants and a speakeasy bar.

Came across these landmark signings in Egypt's as-yet-unnamed New Administrative Capital while poking around Accor's development website for the Middle East and Africa: Fairmont New Capital will open in one of two semicircular buildings at the foot of the Iconic Tower [Africa's tallest tower at 385 meters], and Raffles Cairo on the upper floors of the Iconic Tower itself. I would expect the names to change once the city's official name is announced this year.
Egypt really loves its Fairmonts - we're down to the one in Nile City since the two Heliopolis hotels left, but there's another one going up in the Sun Capital development in 6th of October City (also planned for 2023) so we'll be back to three in the Cairo area soon, as well as the upcoming properties in Sharm El Sheikh (2023), North Coast (2023) and Soma Bay (2023).

UK-based developer Ennismore has partnered with Accor and the CP Group to bring the Jo and Joe, Hyde and Tribe brands to New Zealand.
The brands fall under the Ennismore lifestyle division, with which Accor formed a joint venture in 2021.
Between 2023 and 2024 Auckland will gain a Joe and Joe property and two Tribe hotels, while Queenstown will see the addition of a Hyde property.
