Best Accor for Christmas Stay

Hi

Has anyone any "good" suggestions for a hotel stay around and including Christmas 2020. Will still be Accor Plat. Not looking for lots of activities or forced jolliement - hence reason for looking for next year .... either Europe or APAC.

Just something with a few decorations and a lounge. ( Preferable if not an inclusive Xmas buffet that is compulsory eiter )

Suitable for "not into the 3am party" crowd.

Happy Christmas, and a Merry New Year

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts

Its obvious the best Accor properties are the former Fairmont Hotels. "Best" is pretty vague............is Xmas F&B your only criteria? Geography??
My PFs are :
- Fairmont Singapore;
- The Savoy in London;
- Farimont Vancouver (ask for the suite on the 14th where The Company You Keep was filmed!):
The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

I beg to differ re: Fairmonts as well. If you want a lounge, it's APAC obviously though - try Pullman KLCC or Mercure Singapore Bugis for great value-for-money, plus South-East Asia is a good place to have a bit of an exotic Christmas for a European.

No lounge, but Raffles Singapore does beautiful holiday decorations, including a big tree in the lobby and lots of big red bows. Unfortunately all of this is promptly removed on December 26th IME.

Last year we went to Japan for Christmas.
Staying at Pullman Tokyo was successful and I can recommend it.
The lounge is rather small, but most of the time it was not crowded.
On New Year's Eve, I recommend changing to a hotel with a better view (eg. Shinagawa Prince Hotel).
