Raffles coming to Sentosa (Singapore) and Bali
Over 135 years after the original Raffles opened its doors in the heart of Singapore, the luxury hotel will gain a nearby neighbour at Singapore's Sentosa island resort......
Another Raffles property will spring up at Bali's exclusive Jimbaran Bay in 2020......

According to this article,
The new Raffles will be located behind the Sofitel Sentosa on land that real-estate management firm The Royal Group already owns and will cost around S$70 million to build. While The Royal Group will continue to own the land once the hotel is completed, Accor will manage the resort.
