Accor soliciting for post stay review and then attributing them to incorrect property
I posted about the original issue previously, in regard the Ibis Budget Madrid Centro Lavapies executing a bulk reservation cancellation for existing reservations for the Champions League weekend (1st June), after they realized they could increase revenue by making those rooms available for x3 or x5 or even x 7 of the original reservation price.
Accor did nothing in regard this issue, for me or the many others who had their reservations cancelled.
Now, after the 'stay', Accor in their infinite wisdom solicited all those who previously held a reservation, with a request for a review to be posted on TripAdvisor (Not the brightest move on their behalf).
Those of us who provided a review using the link provided in Accor email, found it attributed to a NON-Accor hotel on TripAdvisor. The reviews should have been attributed to https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Re...es-Madrid.html but instead Accor managed to attribute them to https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Re...es-Madrid.html ! In fact, ALL the reviews for this hotel state "Review collected in partnership with Accorhotels.com" when it's NOT an Accor hotel ! Talk about dumping your trash on someone else's floor mat !
I contacted TripAdvisor, who couldn't be bothered to resolve this issue, instead just suggesting I re-post my review on the correct property !

However, those that simply entered a review using a link in an Accor post stay email, would have had their review posted to this page https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Re...es-Madrid.html which is NOT an Accor hotel. Look at the majority of reviews stating 'Review collected in partnership with Accorhotels.com', for a NON Accor hotel !?
