x4 bonus points not posting?
 

My last 2 stays both in Pullman hotels (Dongguan and Hong Kong) and booked towards the end of November for some reason has not posted. I have rung Accor hotline they said they would look into it but now its 1 week later and yet nothing on my account has happened? Could I expect this to take months? The first time I called the hotline the lady wanted to tell me I already had been given the bonus points but I kept trying to tell her those bonus points was from a previous stay even earlier on. At the end she said she would email me as it was not clear she told me.. but no email from her..

Don’t hope. Likely nothing was done. Maybe wait another week and then chase it up. It is likely the employee just told you what you wanted to hear to get you off

Mine posted as " Bonus points in APAC - 50878 " but I'd be in trouble to match which x4 stay it is linked to...
