I have not received it. I would love too, to give them feedback on how their CS is really a bottomless abyss of **!!#

I received the email a few days ago and did the survey. No points yet but somewhere in the t&c's it says that points will be credited before the 31st of December.
I have saved the email and a screenshot of the final screen thanking me for my participation and will reach out to Accor if I haven't received the points by then.
To be honest I don't have high hopes.

Are you referring to surveys issued through ClubOpinions? Because the survey that this thread was about was one issued directly by Le Club.
