New Platinum Package
Yesterday I received a Platinum card with the new design valid until 12/2017 (same as the card I already own) together with a Moleskine notebook as a "thank you".
Packaging was quiet similar to (Royal)Ambassador packages by IHG.

Since I'm a notebook addict this was quit cool.

How long did it take to get? I requested a hard version of my card more than 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received it.

AFAIR ACCOR declared, that they are going to stop issuing plastic cards. It seems that they are changed their minds.

If you renewed A+, I don't think there is much to hope for. I recently renewed and got my new card a week ago. Same old design, same A+ welcome pack. No notebook.

It's still a long time until I receive my new card - my Accor Plus renews in December. But I just logged into my account via the website and saw that my "card" has a new design there.

Still the old design on the (iPhone) app though.
